While the hearing device industry doesn’t always have the best reputation, it is really important to realize that the world is full of excellent, ethical, hardworking Audiologists who have dedicated their lives to helping people hear. Please take the time to double and triple check that your provider is a licensed Audiologist: M.A.CCC-A or M.S. CCC-A (Master’s Degree in Audiology), AuD or Ph.D (Doctorate Degree in Audiology). An Audiologist is different than an Audioprosthologist, Hearing device Dispenser, or Hearing device Specialist, much as an Ophthalmologist is different than an Optometrist.

2. We’re independently owned!
We are one of the ONLY independently owned hearing centers in Naples. While most are owned by a hearing device manufacturer that determines what products they can recommend, we are completely independent. If you want a certain brand of hearing device, we can get it for you, and the price is the same regardless of which manufacturer you choose.

3. Hearing Devices are AWESOME! We promise!
If you invest in good hearing devices, you will hear well. Today’s hearing device technology is nothing short of amazing. 5. Our hearing tests are FREE!
We offer in-depth Audiology testing for FREE as a service to our community. With such a strong link between hearing loss and dementia, we believe that EVERYONE over 65 needs a baseline hearing test, and we’re happy to do that for you on our dime! Let’s keep our brains healthy!

6. You may have insurance coverage for hearing devices!
Medicare does not cover hearing devices, but many other private insurance companies do! If you’d like to come in for a complimentary hearing test, we can check your benefits while you’re being tested!

7. Your doctor loves us!

8. We REPAIR hearing devices too!
Our Hearing device Repair Consults start at $99 per appointment and can go up from there. Some hearing devices cost more to fix than they’re worth, but most can be salvaged with a little time and additional investment.

9. We don’t believe in coupons (for hearing devices, that is… we believe in them at Bed, Bath and Beyond, of course!).
In the hearing device world (as in most retail) prices are raised to make coupons seems more valuable. This is just silly and, honestly, exhausting. We think our customers are smarter than that.
